So, you're looking for between eight and 12 life coaching sessions in total. The number of personal coaching sessions you need to achieve your long-term goals depends on your dedication to the job. The hourly life coaching package is exactly what it sounds like: you pay the life coach for every hour (or session) you work.

This type of training can be a good option if you need more than a few sessions to achieve your goals or if you want the life coach to be available to you on an ongoing basis.
